I hiked to the Lupine Field between rain drops to check on this year’s display and was not disappointed. The flowers, although not yet fully open, created a peaceful scene as I watched the swallows swoop through the air. Nature is truly medicinal.

There is a patch of wild asters that bloom every year in the same place in the orchard. They greet me as I pass by and I smile back at them. They serve to remind me that there are many flower patches in life just waiting to share their positive energy.
